WORLD BICYCLE DAY 2023 CELEBRATIONS IN THE HAGUE NETHERLANDS
The Hague city hosted its first bicycle flash mob on the World Bicycle Day which is celebrated on the 3rd of June every year around the globe. This day was declared by the United Nations in 2018 so this year it was the 5th anniversary of the World Bicycle Day event.

ROTARY CYCLING RALLY FOR DIABETES – 2023
The Rotary Cycling Rally for Diabetes in Mumbai is an annual event organized by the Rotary Club of Mumbai South of district 3141. The event is organised every year to raise awareness about diabetes and its prevention. The rally, which is open to all ages, is a great opportunity for participants to get some exercise while supporting a good cause. The last event was held in January 2020 and none after that due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CAR FREE DAY: CYCLING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD
I had never imagined that I would be able to cycle in the middle of the road, thanks to Car Free Day organized by Mumbai Police. Car Free Day also called #SundayStreets, this campaign started with 6 streets going car free on the 1st Sunday and 9 streets on the 2nd Sunday from morning 6am to 10am. The number of locations will increase and more streets will be added, suggests the twitter handle of Mumbai Police.

GIANT RIDE UNLEASHED
Giant Bicycles India unleashed the Mumbai chapter of its nationwide group cycling campaign with the first ride of this season on 6th February 2022.
In a multi-city campaign, Giant Bicycles India is hosting group rides across several cities in India between Feb-April 2022. Riders of all levels are welcome to participate in these rides and add unlimited fun to their day.
