I live in Mumbai, ‘The city of dreams’ where I work to make a living, gain new experiences and ride a bicycle.
With 20 years of corporate experience as a foundation, I have transitioned my career to focus full-time on my passion: building sustainable, bicycle-friendly cities through content creation, community building, and international advocacy.
The blog ‘Pedal and Tring Tring’ was established in 2018 and has become an important ‘digital diary’ where I document my travel and cycling stories. Over the years, this platform has been publishing a variety of content from India and overseas. This is a self-funded, passion project to increase awareness and inspire everyone to make cycling a way of life.
In June 2023, I was awarded the United Nations World Bicycle Day Award ‘For Excellence in Promoting Cycling for All’ by Dr. Leszek Sibilski, the founder of 3rd June World Bicycle Day.
Currently, I am leading the Netherlands-Europe-India Urban Mobility Exchange (euindiamobility.com), I bridge the gap between corporate strategy, government policy, and citizen engagement. My work is centered on the NL-EU-India Urban Mobility collaboration, where I facilitate knowledge exchange between European transit models and Indian urban environments to create smarter, more inclusive cities.
My journey has been featured by BBC, The Times of India, Hindustan Times, MidDay, Outlook Traveller, The Hindu and many more media publications.
