My love affair with cycling began way back in the 60s. It started with a small cycle which had two support wheels attached. I then graduated to a bigger cycle, and finally the day came when my Dad took me to Nobel cycles in town and bought me a Norton cycle, a beautiful shade of green it was. Every Sunday I would wash and polish my bike and take it for a ride.

He is an author of a self-help book ‘HI FIVE!’ published worldwide in the year 2020 and available online on amazon.in and other portals. The book helps the reader to list down life goals and draw a route map on how to reach there. I have read the book and it has personally helped me to clearly envision my future plans. Hence, I strongly recommend it to all the readers of this blog. Moreover, all sales proceeds from the book goes to charity.

When I first learnt about the breakout of war between Russia and Ukraine, I was terrified, as I had only read about such dreadful events in history books. I never imagined that something like this could ever happen in my lifetime, but history repeated itself.
What war leaves behind is loss of life, property, damage to physical and mental health, infrastructure, dreams, aspirations and have far more consequences to the environment, economy and the planet. It creates a scary atmosphere and pushes people, cities, and countries decades behind in economic distress.
