WATER

Tiny petals are smiling as the the rain drop kisses the flowers,
Peacocks are dancing in mood as they feel the showers,
Waves are jumping with joy as falling rain greets the river,
Clouds are happy to run with cold breeze and shiver,
An aura of fragrance is lifted in air when mud and rain come together,
Birds are chirping tweet-tweet on a window; perhaps they have something to say forever.
It’s a beautiful feeling we all have found,
We thank you water for being around!

THIRSTY FOUNTAINS IN THE CITY

During my trip to Paris in 2017, the tour guide in our bus while giving instructions appraised us about the free drinking water facility available in the city. It turned out to be useful information for our group as we went about exploring the places largely on foot and public transport and in between refilled empty bottles from the taps beating the summer heat. Thus, we could conveniently quench our thirst, save money, reuse and reduce plastic waste.
